In these Terms, “IBERIONI”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to IBERIONI SPRL.
IBERIONI GAME is an interactive entertainment, discovery and travel-related platform.
Users may participate in games, quizzes, challenges, tournaments and other activities relating to destinations, landmarks, countries, cities, culture, travel and other subjects.
Eligible activities may allow users to earn:

Users must satisfy the minimum age and consent requirements applicable in their country of residence.
Where applicable law requires authorization from a parent or legal guardian, the user may create or use an account only with the required authorization.

Each user should maintain only the number of accounts reasonably permitted by the Platform and must not create multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining duplicate Points, rewards or other advantages.

Facebook provides authentication services and may provide IBERIONI with account information authorized by the user and necessary for the relevant functionality.

Facebook/Meta is not the operator of IBERIONI GAME.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, IBERIONI GAME and its rewards, games and promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.
Use of Facebook's services remains subject to Facebook/Meta's own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Users may earn IBERIONI Points through eligible activities displayed on the Platform.
Points may be awarded for activities including:
The number of Points awarded for an activity will normally be displayed through the Platform.
IBERIONI Points:
Points may not be transferred between users unless IBERIONI expressly introduces and authorizes such functionality.
The number of Points available may depend on the particular game, score, accuracy, achievement or promotion.

The Point value displayed for a qualifying activity at the relevant time applies to that activity.
IBERIONI may change the number of Points awarded for future activities.
A completed game, tournament, challenge or promotional activity may generate a unique IBERIONI reward code.

A reward code obtained through manipulation, fraud, automated activity or exploitation of a technical error may be invalidated.

Users may redeem the required number of Points for complimentary WiFi during an eligible IBERIONI tour.
The number of days or duration of Free Travel WiFi will depend on the reward selected.
WiFi availability may depend on network coverage, roaming availability, technical conditions and the relevant destination.
Users may redeem eligible Points for a percentage discount on qualifying IBERIONI tours.
A promotional reward level may, for example, provide:
1,000 IBERIONI Points = 0.5% discount on an eligible IBERIONI tour.
Additional levels may be offered.
The current Point requirement and discount applicable to a reward will be clearly displayed before redemption.
The reward programme may be updated for future redemptions. A reward already validly redeemed and confirmed will not be arbitrarily reduced solely because the programme is subsequently changed, subject to fraud, technical error, legal requirements or the specific conditions of the reward.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
The specific conditions displayed for a reward before redemption form part of the applicable reward conditions.
IBERIONI may introduce expiration periods for Points or particular rewards.
Where Points or rewards are subject to expiration, the applicable expiration period will be communicated to users through the Platform or applicable reward conditions.
IBERIONI will not intentionally introduce an undisclosed expiration date for Points already earned.
Promotional reward codes may have their own expiration dates.
IBERIONI GAME is intended to provide a fair experience for all users.
Users must not:
IBERIONI may investigate activity reasonably suspected of violating these rules.
Where misuse is reasonably established, IBERIONI may invalidate affected scores, Points, codes or rewards and may restrict or suspend the relevant account.

Where specific promotional or tournament rules differ from these general Terms, the specific rules apply to that particular promotion to the extent of the difference.
IBERIONI GAME may allow users to voluntarily share:

IBERIONI does not automatically publish your game results to your Facebook profile.
The user initiates the sharing action.
Once information is shared on an external platform, use of that platform is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
IBERIONI may allow users to invite other people to play through referral or challenge links.
Where offered, additional Points or rewards may be granted after specified qualifying conditions are satisfied.
For example, a reward may require the invited user to enter through the relevant link and successfully complete an eligible game or challenge.
The mere creation or distribution of a link does not necessarily qualify for a reward.

Certain IBERIONI GAME rewards may be redeemable in connection with travel services offered by IBERIONI.
Earning Points or redeeming a reward does not create a travel contract by itself.
Any actual tour reservation or purchase remains subject to:
Where a reward has been validly applied to a booking, the booking confirmation will reflect the applicable benefit.
IBERIONI aims to provide reliable access to the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of:
Where a technical error clearly and incorrectly generates Points, scores or rewards, IBERIONI may correct the error, subject to applicable law.
IBERIONI may reasonably suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account where necessary because of:

Users may request deletion of their IBERIONI GAME account.

The IBERIONI name, IBERIONI GAME name, logos, original graphics, game design, software, original text and other proprietary materials made available through the Platform are owned by or licensed to IBERIONI SPRL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit or create unauthorized derivative works from protected IBERIONI materials except where expressly authorized or permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, photographs and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the IBERIONI GAME Privacy Policy.

Users should review these documents when creating and using an account.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
